All content, designs, software, or products developed by KlypsoTech remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, ownership may be transferred to the client as agreed.

KlypsoTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the respective service.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In such cases, all work completed will be invoiced, and any outstanding dues must be settled promptly.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
